Genesis Buildings, provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Genesis Sales Center or 100 miles from our Winlock Manufacturing Location.

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

What if my space is too small to have a building delivered?
We offer on-site builds for an additional 10% of the building cost!
Can my building be delivered?
In order to deliver a shed, we need a minimum of 1' of clearance past your shed width. Our delivery trucks come equipped with a mule machine that can maneuver the building once it is off the trailer!
